How does my shortlist work?
Answer:
Simply click on the link 'Add to my shortlist' at the bottom of each listing and the open home will be automatically added to your shortlist. You can access your shortlist by going to My open homes. To remove a property from you shortlist click on 'Remove from my shortlist'.

What if an open home time on my shortlist is changed?
Answer:
If a real estate agent changes an open home time for any propety on your shortlist you will receive an email (If you have opted in to receive email alerts). Go to My Account and Update your details to change your notifications. The open home listing will appear in your shortlist with an 'Updated' flag.

What if an open home time on my shortlist is cancelled?
Answer:
If the real estate agent cancels an open home that is on your shortlist then you will receive an email and/or a TXT message alert (depending on your preferences in My Account). The listing will appear in your shortlist with an 'Updated' flag. To set or change your notifications go to My Account.
